Technical Session (One-on-One)
Surge Technical Session is a focused one-on-one coaching session designed to assess movement, refine technique, and provide immediate clarity.
This is a structured, high-level session and not just a workout.
During this private session, we will:
Assess your current movement patterns
Break down squat, bench, and/or deadlift mechanics
Address positioning, bracing, foot pressure, and bar path
Identify key technical limitations
Review equipment use if applicable
Discuss competition standards and commands if relevant
Provide clear next steps for your training
By the end of this session, you will leave with actionable corrections, improved technical understanding, and a defined direction moving forward.
This session can stand alone or serve as the first step toward structured coaching.
After checkout, a Surge coach will contact you directly to coordinate your session(s).

An intake form if needed
Direct communication to finalize scheduling
