Pro Day is built for athletes who meet established qualification standards and are prepared to compete on an internationally recognized professional stage.
The final Primetime roster features the top 15 men and top 15 women based on confirmed qualifying DOTS.

Amateur Day is designed for lifters ready to compete on a professionally run stage without Pro qualification thresholds.
Athletes compete within the same production environment, equipment standard, and execution as Pro Day.

PRO DAY REGISTRATION
Structured invite rounds based on qualifying DOTS. Invitations are issued ahead of each registration window.
Athletes may only register during their designated round.
