Onboarding Package (3-Sessions)
Surge Onboarding is a structured 3-session one-on-one coaching package designed to set the foundation for long-term progress.
It is a technical and educational deep dive into how you move, how you train, and how you should progress.
Over three one-on-one coaching sessions, we will:
Conduct a full movement assessment
Break down squat, bench, and deadlift movements
Address positioning, bracing, foot pressure, bar path, and efficiency
Identify mobility or stability limitations
Educate you on belts, sleeves, wraps, and other equipment
Review competition standards and commands if applicable
Clarify your goals and outline a training pathway
Establish technical standards expected inside Surge
By the end of this onboarding process, you will understand:
How to train correctly
What equipment you actually need
What direction your programming should follow
The technical standards expected inside this environment
This package is required for all new athletes entering private coaching or advanced strength programming. It may also be completed as a standalone experience for athletes who want technical refinement and structured direction without ongoing coaching.
After checkout, a Surge coach will contact you directly to coordinate your session(s).
You will receive:
A confirmation email
An intake form if needed
Direct communication to finalize scheduling
If you have already scheduled your sessions with a coach, you are all set.
